Injector Knock Elimination 1.6 TDI

Description

The noise appears with water and oil at operating temperature, but it can also appear when cold. Between 1000 and 1500 rpm (even more between 1200 and 2500). Conditions: low revs, high gear, A/C on and passengers on board, uphill (e.g. mountain hairpin bends) and pressing the accelerator pedal too hard. With the pedal only lightly pressed in soft acceleration, it does not occur. We are able to resolve both slight and advanced ticking.

Irregular idle speed or abnormal fuel consumption. This is the problem whose possible symptoms I have listed above.
